So i myself had the issue and read about it sometimes.
Units are completely silent for some players.

Solution? Change the games language to english in steam.

Alternatively, i'm working on a fix for the german patch for the newest mod-version. Also including voicelines. Maybe the creator will include it in the main mod, so that the language setting plays the german files if set so.
