So I just reached level 4 and am already several minutes into development towards level 5. However, I've noticed a couple issues and I'm stumped on what's gone wrong. I can produce things like Venators and AT-TEs, but I still can't produce LAATs (whatever factory is necessary doesn't seem to be available even), and I haven't seen any CIS gunships yet either. Also, though ARC-170s are supposed to start replacing NTB-630s, I haven't seen any on my Venators, and only on my level 5 space stations. At the same time, CIS fighters appear to have advanced during this time.

I thought perhaps I need to get to level 5 in order for these things to happen? Or perhaps some of the files are corrupted? If anyone has had this happen to them, or know for sure that this is normal or has some remedy, please let me know; I'd greatly appreciate the help.
