All MOCX operatives look the same
Why do all of my MOCX operatives look the same? Does it follow the rules for the character pool, and only picks VIPs or something? That's the only explanation I have for why i only have a generic stern looking female and one balding guy with a dopey look on his face.

It follows the rules of the character pool, but it should be resorting to randoms if there's only a couple.

Yeah, I thought something like that would happen. It's not doing that for me - but I just made a whole bunch of dudes to be my dark VIPs so there'll be enough variety in MOCX squads going forward.
