I want to make one of the particles from the Placeable Particle Effects mod
appeared/teleported to the fight I'm doing and I don't know if it's even possible and if it is, I don't know how to do it

ah, that trick, people were actually doing this before with stuff from advanced particle controller tool so i guess it should be possible too, just get 2 keyframes of this thing that record its position and move them close together so that there are no empty spaces between them that smh will interpolate. this will basically achieve the effect you want as stuff will just jump instantly into place within 1 frame as long as you don't have smooth playback enabled
