When I animate a ragdoll it only moves the shadow
So when i was making a animation, and played it. the ragdoll was stuck in place but the shadow was moving like it was the ragdoll. i wanted the ragdoll to move but it was only the shadow.
i can only animate props for some what reason

i used this plugin before but now its not working.

try checking and unchecking don't animate physbones option, highly likely it got desynced
