Does this work on a dedicated server?
And how do we install it?

All Starbound mods work on a dedicated server, I use SWEL to link my mods to my dedicated server's mod folder:

Important to note though that some mods are more unstable than others, so they might crash a dedicated server even if they don't crash your client. It's pretty uncommon nowadays though.
