Give it an effect similar to the crusader's crossbow when rage activates so it's bullets can heal teammates,but like only +5% per shot or something,but please don't lower the Heavy's speed.He's already slow enough while firing.I also think the big metal area under the red/blue part(where the handles are) could be a little more chrome-ish colored.This is a great idea,though!Hope it gets into the game!
