Reasoning for these stats are as followed:
You can't let a heavy heal with a primary, as the fire rate would make it overpowered and damn near a medic, also, it shoots bullets, so no logic in that. The thing would almost have a medic healing spin sound, thus be quieter. You would walk faster due to there being less heavy steel. It would fire faster, due to the large gap for bullets to fly through, but less accurate and deal less damage due to that reason. You could replace the fire speed with +1 extra bullet per shot, but I like mine better... Resent edit is due to the fact it has faster walk speed, it should in theory have a faster spinup speed.
