The ethic attraction bonuses associated with these policy options seem a little lopsided. Certain options attract toward Authoritarian, while the opposite attract toward Egalitarian.

Authority Stance
- Centralized = +Authoritarian
- Federalized = +Egalitarian

Mass Media
- Free = +Egalitarian
- State = +Authoritarian

Since both of these policies deal with state control rather than social mobility and class hierarchy, it seems that Federalized and Free Mass Media should pull toward Libertarian instead. Presently, there aren't many policies that favor Libertarian and quite a lot that favor Egalitarian. I think changing this would help balance that out.
