Report a translation problem
It's a bit tedious, but the quickest and least tedious way to figure out which mods are conflicting is to turn everything except cultural overhaul. Then, if you have 20 mods total. You would turn on the first 10 and look for a conflict. If there is a conflict- out of the first 10 mods turn off the second 5 mods and look for a conflict. If there is no conflict you know the problem is with the first 5 mods you have subscribed to. keep narrowing it down until you've found all the conflicts in the first 10 mods. Then repeat the process with the last 10 mods you've subscribed to.
This is the only thing that can be done, and only you the player can do it. Mod authors are engaged in their own work, and not many of them spend time looking for compatibility with every other mod that has been made for stellaris.
I apologies if it came across that I was expecting an answer from the author, but really, I would have just wanted one from anyone who had an idea.
