List of User Submitted Compatible Mods
Title pretty much says it. Due to the complexity of some mods and their interactions, many don't play well together. Seems sensible to have a place for people to post their experiences with this complex mod being used along side other mods.

I have no idea is it works with alphamod, i remember a compatability patch was needed at somepoint.
