to me it doesnt make sense that expansion traditions are favourable to xenophile, libertarian, egalitarian and pacifist.
there's plenty of reasons someone with the opposite ethics should be able to pick this group aswell.
maybe remove the attraction modifiers and tweak some of the bonuses so they make sense to pick no matter what ethics you have?
or make a group for each with their own bonuses and attractions that favours each playstyle?
