Stats:
The people getting is contantly recieving ammo in equivalent to a level 1 dispenser but it wont give the engineer metel when healing him
+25% max over heal
on uber the person your healing gain advanced infite ammo and +25% fire speed to whatever weapon they're holding
+15% uber rate
Cons:
-15% uber duration
The person being healed by this can't get random crits or be crit charged

This can open up new possiblties with the aia and +25% fire speed.
For example: uber from this + sandman scout = infite baseballs in your face

nah nah nah. its a dispenser bro, it should heal AND give ammo to the target. obviously this is gonna need a downside to counter it but i dont understand why we need to be messing around with ubers and their duration like wtf has that got to do with anything lmao

Über gained by picking up bits of destroyed engineer buildings if no other player is around

i think this could be a engineer weapon because it is more a portable dispenser
than a medigun
