possible stats
positives: can give healed teammate ammo, at 25 % uber it reaches level 2 which provides more ammo and health; and at 50% uber it provides the most ammo and health.
negatives: no overheal on level 1; 50% less overheal on level 2; and normal overheal on level 3, 15%slower healing rate.
