I like Mochi's idea, but i think 0-3 seconds would be more reasonable - five seconds of stun is practically instant death when a demoknight is in your face.

Also, if you stun them for the maximum amount of time, a clock tower bell is heard - "BONG!"

Upon charge:
Call out your Stand to stop time during duration.
Time stop is actually alot longer than the seconds described on charge.
Kills increase duration of time stop.

Enemies can move slightly, which gives them the opportunity to instakill you.

still sounds quite a bit overpowered, maybe instead of the 20% switch time have -30% swing speed on melee weapons.

I'm very concerned if you're all serious. Because that would singlehandedly be the most stupidly broken item in the game.
