Stats
Mine would be simply:
+ 30% faster swing speed
+ 20% faster run speed
+ 15% better mini crit chance
- 25% less damage
- leave a dusty trail

Im gonna combine the stats from the main page with Axiom's with some of my own
+50% firing speed
-60% damage
+20% faster run speed while held
Highlights a hit target through walls for 10 seconds
+30% damage vulnerability while held
Leaves a paper dust trail that emits from you for 5 seconds after a sucessful hit

Well actually the dusty bit is because of how the scout has a faster run speed. Not because he has a 300 year old news paper, but still, nice stats.

i know i'm 4 years late but +30 damage vulnerability is too big of a debuff for a weapon that does -60% damage
