What does "Decals" do?

"You are currently holding the camera, movement is disabled"

Every time I try moving the camera, it doesn't move, WASD doesn't work either, is there a solution to this problem?

Stop holding the camera weapon
You know, the vanilla gmod camera weapon?
If that doesn't work then i don't know how one would fix it

shameless necroposting. might help someone whos having this issue like i did. check your weapon addons or anything thats giving you errors. that solved it for me.
