1.1 Project SOLIPSIS is a black project research & development program in conjunction with the US Department of Defense’s (USDoD) Paranatural Warfare Command (PWCOM), the Canadian Occult and Supernatural Activity Taskforce (OSAT), and the UN Global Occult Coalition (UNGOC) to modernize the F-117 and B-2 to match near-peer adversaries, paranatural or veiled threats of interest (VToI), and Anomalous Community(ANOMCOM) groups of interest (GoI).

1.2 Due to recent occurrences, the United States PWCOM and UNGOC PHYSICS Division have requested aircraft with LTE-1004-CALIBURN-VELVETEEN capabilities to match neer-peer adversaries, or future instances of, or other instances of, paranatural, tangential, and generationally advanced aircraft within a semi-modular configuration for long-term System Enhancement Packages (SEP) to additionally combat current and future generation aircraft.

1.3 Due to the sensitive nature of Project SOLIPSIS, this file has only been distributed to authorized DARPA or UNGOC personnel and administrative personnel in the Office of Vice Admiral Dennis Cook (USN/PWC) or the Office of the Undersecretariat-General Da Capo al Segno (UNGOC).


2.1 The development and enhancement of the F-117 and B2 through tangential and advanced technology for current and future use against paranatural, tangential, and generationally advanced aircraft, either by support of a conventional allied combat force, or in Direct Action operations to combat neer-peer adversaries, Groups of Interest, Veiled Threats of Interest, or paranatural or parathreat aircraft.

9.1 The F-117 D Hunter / Killer Fighter was created in response to concerns raised with the utilization of GoI and VToI property, namely KTE-8089-CLOCKWORK-PARALLAX and KTE-♥♥♥♥-CETUS-RAGWEED, with the F-117 D being commissioned.

9.2 F-117 D utilizes several in-house alternatives to previously utilized staples of the different F-117 C SEPs, including the advent of Quantum Decoherence Spatial Stabilization and De/Entanglement Drives (QDD), replacing the need for KTE-8089-CLOCKWORK-PARALLAX provided by KEWPIE. The use of QDDs required the implementation of a Smart AI, as a result the aircraft was given optimizations for AI use.

9.3 The discovery of a new type of alloy collected from LTE-1404-NACL that landed near the Shanxi province in Northwest China allow for new superstructure optimizations for F-117 D, with a new radar cross-section of 0.09 centimeters, or 0.036̅6 inches.

9.4 Further development of the EVERAC system gave a greater absorption of the aircrafts radiation signature, with the absorbed EVE being utilized in a number of ways, including to create a stabilized pocket of reality, or to temporarily exclude the aircraft from reality, making it effectively invisible without light bending, cognitive amnestics, or other stealth options utilized by the F-117 C.

9.5 The QDDs allowed the implementation of a 120 millimeter precision cannon with an autoloader capable of up to 85 rounds per minute, the use of specialized GPS guided munitions or conventional 120mm ammunition paired with an on-board Smart AI allowed for a 5.03 kilometer to have a minute-of-angle of 0.1091, with further ordinance developed specifically for the F-117 D’s QDD.

9.6 Specialized payloads developedfor the F-117 D’s QDD included the 2000 lbs HYCM, 2000 lbs GPM-QDP, 2000 lbs REDAMMO, 1000 lbs PRAY, 1000 lbs DPICM, 1000 lbs S/TAM
