Stats.
This weapon is sick, and I want it in-game.


My idea (2018 edit):

+100% projectile speed
+45% push force
Crits instead of Minicrits

Fires a wooden grenade, which explodes on collision with anything

-90% clip size (1 grenade)
-80% splash radius
No random crits

how about granades have very little (or no) drop and explode on impact
+200% projectile speed
+200% reload time
-75% magazine size
+50% damage

Looks good, but perhaps a little too OP.
+ xx% longer range → Projectile speed = Range, unless ur talking about bounce distance
+ xx% projectile speed → +10%
+ xx% (maybe up to 50) more damage→ +15%
- xx% clipsize (just one shot)→ Good idea, and this would be -75% clip size for the just one shot.

My recommendation is to add:
-50% Blast radius
+35% Reload time
+20% weapon switch time
Will be too op if you keep speed and dmg. Then people will just swarm with this. Not ideal if you want good feedback if it's accepted and it's put ig.

Remember guys, it's a musket, not a nuke. So increased blast radius makes no sense. Now, I don't have much of an idea for stats atm, but this is what I think fits it as for guidelines:

Pros:
- XX% Damage Boost
- XX% Faster Projectile Speed

Cons:
- XX% Smaller Clip Size
- XX% Blast Radius
- XX% Clip Size

(=) Fires Special Grenades that have the spread that of a Shotgun
(=) On hit: Leaves a large smoke trail where the spread was

Explodes On Contact

Cons:
- 90% Clip Size
Does Not Explode On Contact From Tagets Closer Than 5 Meters

Similar to a real grenade launcher.

+Shoots 5 arcing explosive pellets in a wide spread
Each pellet deals 40 dmg (total of 200, no falloff/ramp-up)
+50% knockback (on yourself and enemy)
+Projectiles explode on impact

-50% explosion radius
-75% clip size

Think the grenade pistol from KF2 in both usage and pellet spread. This is designed to make a nice crowd control weapon, good for clearing a control point or a cart, dealing minor damage and major knockback in a large area. It also makes it possible to essentially rocket jump, but at twice the cost of a grenade jump.

Pros:
20% Increased damage.
20% charge refill on kill.
After firing, 20% increased move speed. as long as there's no ammo left.

Cons:
Dropped after firing. This means that it can only fire once, and can only be restored by respawning or using the Ressuply locker.

Positives:
+50% damage vs players (150)
+100% projectile speed
Negatives:
-75% clip size (from 4 to 1)
-100% slower reload speed (from first 1.24 to 2.48 sec and consecutive 0.6 to 1.2 sec)
-90% explosion radius
