Will be too op if you keep speed and dmg. Then people will just swarm with this. Not ideal if you want good feedback if it's accepted and it's put ig.

Think the grenade pistol from KF2 in both usage and pellet spread. This is designed to make a nice crowd control weapon, good for clearing a control point or a cart, dealing minor damage and major knockback in a large area. It also makes it possible to essentially rocket jump, but at twice the cost of a grenade jump.
20% Increased damage.
20% charge refill on kill.
After firing, 20% increased move speed. as long as there's no ammo left.
Cons:
Dropped after firing. This means that it can only fire once, and can only be restored by respawning or using the Ressuply locker.
