+35% Repair Rate
+100% Upgrade Rate
-90% Slower Construction Rate
-50% Max Metal on Wearer

Finding and setting-up a nest will be hard since the Dispenser will drop you to 0 Metal, and it will take a while for it to fully build and starting Dispensing more Metal. Once the Dispenser is set-up, maintaining the rest of the nest will be much easier.

Bad idea. Prevents building of any teleporters or sentries that aren't mini. -50 max metal would work, or spawn with 0 metal.

-10% building construction rate
-25% metal from dispeners
-25% attack speed
no random critical hits
minicrits spies that are sapping your buildings

+20% damage vs cloacked and discuised spy`s (from default)
with alt-fire undiscuise spy`s
undiscuise cost 100 metal
-40% firing speed
big sentry can be only upgraded to lvl2
-30% damage vs player & buldings (from default)

this is probably op.

Pros:
+50% sentry life
+100% damage against sappers
Cons:
-40% damage against players
-15% swing speed
+20% damage vulnerability to the porter

The name of the wrench is improviser, so by the logic engie will improvise on his buildings. Here some ideas for stats:
Pros:
+25% on repair rate
+10% swing speed
Cons
- 25% on buildings life
-10% upgrade rate

Maby because you can kinda switch between how long the wrench is it can change between minis and bigs.

-Ignores affects of mini crits and crits from other sources

These are just my ideas and not my best ones Ive been having a hard time latley making weapon stats

ADVISE: All buildings are destroyed if you change ANY wrench but ANY.

So what do you think of my idea though
I think it should be an escape wrench so...

Pros+
Upon sentry being destroyed Gain a free mini-sentry
15% Faster movement speed for 5 seconds

Cons-
Sentry can not be built until mini is dead
Minis can not be repaired or destroyed via PDA

It just seems to help engis escape and live with their Frontier justice Crits. :P

Here's my idea:

Pros:
+25% faster repair rate
+100% faster upgrade amount
+15% damage bonus

Cons:
-20% slower firing speed
Cannot move Buildings
No random crits

thats to OP
You know it would be great to have a wrench the has +200 metal you can carry to create a max of 400 metal but sentry deployment rate is -15 speed.
