I think you mightmake it like a assassin Engineer:
+Builds 2 mini sentries
+All buildingbs are build silently (No "Erectin' a sentry" sound byte)
+Mini-sentry is reparible
+No speed lowering when carrying buildings
-Metal lowered to 125 (Just enough to build teleporters)
-Mini sentry turning time lowered to normal sentry speed
-Collects half the metal from pickups

The meaning of this is that you build a sentry instead of shooting for example a Sniper down with a shotty. I hate when I try to build a building and 2 soldiers run over me, and that you can build 2 Mini sentries help alot, because 2 Minis make up the firepower to 1 sentry, pluss the faster firing speed that a normal Mini has. Thats why I like calling it Assassin Engi, just like Combat-Engi.
