Stats
Ok so I was thinking...

Cons:

Only 1 rocket
Very loud
-30% push force

Pros:

+5% Damage
+10% reload speed
Cannot be airblasted (Unsure about whether this is good idea, correct me if you don't like it)
If you aim at a target for 1 second then Alt fire it launches a slightly homing projectile. By slightly I mean it won't go round corners or go backwards but will change direction slightly to hit an enemy who has sidestepped.

yall never use percents correctly. 10 reload and 5 damage are nowhere near the payoff for 1 rocket, no matter how homing. and along with this, -30 push? WHY, push is a huge part to the rocket, taking it away DEMANDS a large payout. if i had to give some fitting stats along the same lines id say:

One rocket
very loud
30% large blast range
30% more push

And even that doesnt seem right

witrh homing + by 1 rocket i meant 1 per clip.

+50% max secondary ammo on wearer
+40% explosion radius
+50% faster projectile speed
Cons
-35% damage penalty
25% slower reload speed
Hidden Stat
-25% damage from blast jumping

Maybe it could do an alt-fire that has to recharge that stuns opponents or fires a smoke bomb of some sort.

I never do these stat thing and I would like to leave these things to valve.
I don't really think this should be a ingame item because it looks like the shape of the direct hit with a protector shield in front (slighty)

but if I would suggest stats for such a weapon like this I would look to the shape of this weapon and say that it has a small target shield in front and it should have something to due with the stats.
I'd like to suggest.

Might is good idea. but i can help you for good stats

Cons:

-50% Clip size
-30% self damage push force increased
-15% longer weapon switch
-20% damage vs players
I have no idea what is (Very louder). incase, Increase Sound from Rocket projectile

Pros:

Projectile cannot be deflected
Alt-Fire : Rocket Will become Homing Projectile For 5 sec when Target to enemy
+30% Projectile Speed

Note: if Those Stats is Unfair. they will change some how.

i only have one thing to say about this, these things are reskins, and they have a pretty low chance to become an weapon ingame, so its not a bad idea to leave stat IDEAS(see how i put ideas in a uppercase fashion) so valve( if they do put weapons from the workshop into game) can see them and think about the stats
How about some slight homing, with the expense of 2 rockets?
Nothing here is remotely balanced.
Also creator, VALVe won't add a weapon practically identical to the other.
