Handheld torches

Leírás


- Adds a torch that can be held in one hand, and can be placed at a smaller range than the matter manipulator (~10 blocks)
- Changes the bare-hands torch recipe into a handheld torch, and adds two recipes to change a handheld torch into a "real" torch and vice versa
- Placed torches will spawn handheld torches when broken
- The handheld torch shuts off when submerged
- It'll change your player's direction based on your aim when held in the primary slot (to not break stuff in the alt slot), and based on movement direction if held in the alt slot (for r e a l i s m)

The "placement preview" thingy is kind of broken, as in, it'll be green when there's no support to place the torch on, and when the cursor is right below something that blocks the upper part of the torch, but the usual placement rules still applies

I can't put the handheld torch on the wall or on the floor

Still can not craft normal torches with this mod. ONLY handheld ones which don't count towards recipes

they might be using the black as night mod to remove all lighting except for light sources

I love this mod. But I have a little issue with it.
I use some of Tanz's lighting mods, including no pass through, which means light sources will not pass through solid blocks. But the handheld torches from this mod still do.
Any chances of a patch up?

if your willing do atlest make it so you can make normal torches because a number of reacapies need the normal brand for making items.

Finally, more realism. This will make my game much easier to play. I like to be a little hardcore, but not too hardcore because I suck at the game, so I sometimes on Casual (with hunger), just empty all my items (yes, that includes clothing) into my ship locker then just beam down and survive.

(I also got the FFS dungeon thing, so it's likely that I will encounter over powered cultists with machine guns, grenades, and explosives)

The fact this isn't a thing in the main game itself is pretty ridiculous...Especially since most of the time people are carrying torches when they are exploring, not placing them.
