Standalone Overview:
This is a Standalone version of my Sleeker Glitch Chassis mod that makes the new Glitch appearance a separate Race instead of replacing the vanilla Glitch, designed for individuals that don't want to replace all Glitch (or who just want to be special snowflakes). It contains all the content of the Workshop Replacer version, but also the massive Head Mod Addon by default. Much like the Workshop Replacer Version, this version is streamlined for ease-of-use and does not have any optional files. Like all Race mods you need a Character Creation menu with additional Race Slots.

It DOES NOT require the Replacer Version.

Overview:
This mod aims to make the Glitch look a little more like the futuristic robots they are, rather than the walking rubbish bins they look like now. The body has been made sleeker, the arms and legs no longer look like drainage pipes, and a few more lights have been added. Both heads have been modified as well, with taller eyes. Male faces are square similar to vanilla, whilst females have rounder faces with "eyelashes".

The Workshop Version is a steamlined version of the mod for ease-of-use.

As of now I have no plans to expand on this further (custom ship, armor, etc.) but that may change in the future.

Although the Glitch was never meant to look more "futuristic" I like mods such as these to help make imagination happen. Who said I can't have a Hylotl Engineer who is also a weeb that wanted to build a Robot to fight crime like an anime girl?

I've just compared with the replacer version, and apparently it does change the scan speech lines

I think you're missing the entire point of "the glitch". They are a glitch that never made it into the future.

GeO2 has made a large patch that fixes a bunch of races for 1.3, this one included: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=943339163&searchtext=
I haven't tested it myself but it's your best bet for using this in 1.3.
I don't know when/if I'll ever get around to bringing this up to date, unfortunately.
