Full Spectrum Hoverbikes

Features:
-Adds a full spectrum of new coloured hoverbikes available for purchase at Penguin Pete's.
-Hoverbikes are available in every colour that dye is available in: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, Khaki, Brown, White, Grey, and Black.

Planned Features:
-Add some hoverbikes with special attributes aside from different paint jobs
-Add some more colours that fall between what is here already. (Cyan, Cream, Tan, Indigo, etc.)
-Format the list a bit better in Penguin Pete's store do that the bikes appear in the list based on price
