USCM Tanks

Tanks, a versatile mobile land weapon system.
Sporting heavy vehicle armour which provides protection for the crew, the vehicle's weapons, and its propulsion systems, and mounting a large-calibre cannon in a rotating gun turret, supplemented by mounted machine guns or other weapons.

- roadkill: damage mobs that get 'run over'
- more styles: real and fictional tanks
- hovertanks: watch that recoil ;)

2 person vehicle
- drive/aim/fire from any seat when only 1 person inside
- with 2 people, person in turret aims/fires while person inside tank does the driving
independantly aimable turret & coaxial weapon system
xsm-style vehicle stats boosting from player armor (driver only)
player energy use (gunner only)
fun as hell :)

craft a Tank Station at Inventors Table
craft the 4 pieces of the Controller, then Controller at Tank Station
*controller recipe learned when tank chip is crafted


penguin tanks in dreadwing mission will drop "Tank Upgrade Blueprints"
use upgrade and existing tank controller to craft a MkII tank controller
(different secondary gun, faster movement speed, higher damage primary cannon)


Kao's note: anything i've invented for vehicles in last 6 months, has been prototyped on this mod first :)
