Mistake report or just a question：Since the french decision “Centralize the Realm" is explained as "Free and gain all cores on all current Fiefs" ,is this decision designed to emulate the centralization of the Kingdom of France and the French crown's annexation of the French appanages at the age of absolutism? Based on this understanding I guess the effect of the decision should be to free all current appanages and gain all cores of them to free fra from endless diplomatic annexation and allow fra to simply unite France nation by declaring war on pre-appanages to reconquest cores.But now the decision's effect has nothing to do with the appanages ,it just unreasonably give fra the cores of fra's VASSALS and free the vassals instead of the appanages. Observing the code of the decision, you limit the "fiefs" in the decision as only "vassal", is this a mistake?

Mission trees won't load, other than vanilla generic ones for any nation. Any ideas?
