When you annex country to get % of their treasury, it does not have inflation. You must be getting it from somewhere else.

That sounds fair, but theres always the auto seizure of a nations entire gold ducat supply, so If as Rome I take a single one province country (which normally has 3-400 gold), it becomes harder and harder to manage a string of conquests, even if i conquer at only a moderate pace (lets say The Latin area in a span of 30 years). And when I tried to reduce inflation with admin,it cost 300 admin and only reduced it by 2 percent. I remember when I could conquer a decent portion of Italy in 100 or so years in previous versions (I dont remember inflation being that big of a problem), so I wanted to ask if anything can be done to reduce the amount of inflation generated by conquering a state, or some other stop gap to make expanding initially, less of a pain (I didnt even reach stage 1 inefficiency for state expansion yet, and my national unrest is already at +11 with no way out due to the inflation mechanic)

Short term solution - use a lot of admin to lower inflation, use costly decision to fight inflation to burn it as well.

Keep an eye on inflation, when you have low income and you take gold in peace deal - lots of inflation. When you have low income and you take money in siege event - lots of inflation.
Every point of inflation increases inflation growth - not stopped in time it will grow progressively worse and worse.

Hey, I have been having a problem with expanding as Rome, where I only conquered a small part of Italy within 50 years, and I am already in 30 percent Inflation, with inflation steadily increasing due to gold gained from conquered states. I dont remember this happening in previous runs years ago, and the inflation is essentially making the run impossible. Does anyone have any advice on how this issue can be solved?
