I realize that this is probably pretty late but I just wanna say that in the walled village, if you enter the building just in front of the supply cache and try to exit, the troops exit but get stuck in the doorway. Idk by what, I'm thinking the flak gun but it could be something else.

On that note, I would also suggest giving more utility to the weaker members of the team, and to see what can be done for the none regenerative members of the party, seeing as how the regenerative members ending up being used to carry them to victory. (Perhaps giving regenerative health to them all, but balancing and boosting the difficulty elsewhere.) I'll need a little more time for the mission to digest, but if anything does come up I'll let you know.

One more note: If it is possible, I would suggest augmenting the squad a little further to give them a boost against superior enemy numbers and see if you could augment the retreat order so a pre-planned path can be designated by the player so their units don't end up flying through an enemy's field of fire. I know this is a big ask considering the possible limitations of the engine, but a little more extensive modding to augment your infantry in a MOBA likeish fashion could help the missions themselves, considering the units in-game amount to being in-game heroes for the most part.

Mission was fine until the encounter with enemy paratroopers. Was proceeding to plan until the scout unit got snagged on a piece of geometry, getting stuck for just long enough that he was killed in an area where he otherwise would have survived while retreating. It didn't help that the pathfinding led said scout run *directly* into a group of enemy rangers, speeding his demise in a most untimely fashion. Needless to say it was a little vexing to see this scout that has otherwise served me well find not only in his heart to run *straight* through an enemy squad, but had the unfortunate courtesy to dangle about in the terrain and get shot for his troubles. Mission was otherwise fine, but the event was rather stressful to say the least.

I would highly advise seeing if you can divide the mission into smaller mission chunks so as to avert such a calamity in the future, considering saving is not possible due to the limits of the ingame editor.
