Have you considered ever making many of these brooklyn buildings into high residential and high commercial?

Being modelled after a rather high density area in real life, it just makes far more sense imo. Only reason I haven't subscribed to more of your work -- which has been tough because your work is so fantastically well-made! :P

You can simply manage to do this by cloning the buildings using the Building Theme Mod from Boformer
