Have you considered ever making many of these brooklyn buildings into high residential and high commercial?

Being modelled after a rather high density area in real life, it just makes far more sense imo. Only reason I haven't subscribed to more of your work -- which has been tough because your work is so fantastically well-made! :P

Theses are impressive, very detailed at street level. I appreciate that you have updated them so quickly for After Dark.

Your level of detail for such a small building, is pretty on point. Very nice job with this entire collection.

You can simply manage to do this by cloning the buildings using the Building Theme Mod from Boformer

Nice! It'd be great if you could release this and your other similar L3s as L2s as well.
