Wood Elves Lords Firing Arc Fix on Flying Mounts

This mod simply allows Wood Elves lords to fire 360 degree like High Elves Princess on flying mounts,

Recommend to be used with my other WE lords/heroes mod(s) which allow them to skirmish/kite.
