Regional Enemies - HBM patch

This patch allows Here Be Monsters to work with my Regional Enemies mod. Basically, vanilla common enemies that are referenced by HBM, such as cu;tists or brigands, will be swapped with my regional variants for the appropiate dungeon. More specifically:

• Brigand treasurer will now spawn with my regional variants according to each dungeon (However, the treasurer himself will look the same everywhere)
  
• Regional cultists in Warrens and Weald
  
• Regional skeletons in Weald and Cove
  
• Removed a couple of references to madman in Warrens introduce by HBM to avoid conflicts with Bound Lunatic

Additionally, the Frog enemy has been moved from Warrens to Weald. This was done for several reasons. Habitat wise, frogs live in trees and swamps with bodies of fresh water, the appropiate biome for that is the Weald. Also, this frog is half buried in the ground, yet that makes no sense in Warrens which has man-made stone floors, but it's plausible in the Weald which has soft natural soil.
