Report a translation problem
1. Yeah Master of One can be a little weird at times, but I have a lot of fun finding interactions like that. Most characters have a dash attack that give a burst of speed frame 1 which is really nice to surprise opponents with.
2. I don't think anyone I've seen play has encountered that freeze stack bug before. Something else might have happened that you might not have realized like removing freeze stacks from hitting the opponent or teching. I'll keep this in mind though if anyone else mentions it.

Master of One seems to have a lot of strange interactions, for example Keqing can fly by attacking downwards in midair due to triggering the starting momentum from original dair.
