Report a translation problem
1. Yeah Master of One can be a little weird at times, but I have a lot of fun finding interactions like that. Most characters have a dash attack that give a burst of speed frame 1 which is really nice to surprise opponents with.
2. I don't think anyone I've seen play has encountered that freeze stack bug before. Something else might have happened that you might not have realized like removing freeze stacks from hitting the opponent or teching. I'll keep this in mind though if anyone else mentions it.
I've been keeping a record of many bugs and quality of life features for a week 1 patch, so it'll be a little bit
Master of One seems to have a lot of strange interactions, for example Keqing can fly by attacking downwards in midair due to triggering the starting momentum from original dair.
Curious, I'll keep my eye out to see if I can repo the issue then and find a cause.
I just tried a 2v2 match Incineroar and Greninja vs Peppino and Gustavo&Brick and I didn't seem unresponsive to me and I went back to the main menu with it being perfectly fine.
I'm not sure what the exact issue could be now

Hyper specific and not likely to cause any issues, I know, but I figured it was worth bringing up in case it starts happening with other chararcters or other people. So far Incineroar is the literal only other character to trigger this, will let you know if I discover any others.
I'll need more information to be able to tell you anything.
Do other characters cause this issue for you as well?
Was it from the beginning or was it a few rounds in?
What other characters are in the match?
By non responsive do you mean the game crashed or were you able to pause in game?
I've been able to play as Incineroar without issue, so I'm not sure if it is purely an issue with the stage.

2. Either the CPU had Waluigi or they have something in their code that lets them act out of pratland state. If you heard "Waluigi Time" than it's the item.
Also for some reason the enemy "super Luigi" (a lvl 5 AI) could move during the countdown
Setting the stock count will let you choose how many rounds you have unless you mean an option in the pause menu similar to adding/removing 5 rounds, which I might add in the future
1. I cannot swap what character you are playing as
2. I've thought about adding final smash as an option, but I'd need to talk to the developer of the mod for permission first before considering it further

I'm all for having translations, but having it one mod is probably for the best especially because I will be updating the mod in the future.
The way I made the mod currently would have a lot of work for any translators, so please join the discord so I can assist you as much as I can. I already have some of the prep work ready for it.
