Metals Trader for 1.6

Description
Adds Orbital Metals Trader to aid with late game metal problems. Thumbnail by Max McLaughlin. Copy editing by Austin Tindle.

Since this is a simple xml mod I edited what little code is needed to make it compatible with 1.6. This is temporary until the original author updates their version of the mod.

This is my first time uploading something to the Steam Workshop, Apologies if I missed something.

Here I am swimming in thousands of steel and plasteel from deep drilling.
