Somewhat Historical Resources

This mod merges the resource changes from Historical Population Growth & Resources mod by vflower with vanilla resources with no other changes.

The merge works like this:

1. Copy all vanilla values
   
2. Compare with the Historical mod, taking the higher value, and rounding up to nearest 5 (new in 1.10)
   
3. For arable land the highest of these 3 values is chosen:
   
   • vanilla arable land
     
   • Historical arable land
     
   • The sum of all Historical capped agriculture
     

The result of this merge means states typically have more natural resources, arable land, and improved versatility for agricultural products.

Any mod that changes states on the map will be incompatible, since most will override the files changed here.

If you want to keep the additional state traits from the Historical mod use this mod, which should have no conflicts.
