Modular Console Mod
Build the Control Center You Always Wanted

This mod adds modular console structures that let you build real, customizable control panels.

Each console base connects with others and holds device boards—predefined layouts where you can install a wide range of input and readout devices. Devices can be freely repositioned with a screwdriver, so you can tweak your setup without rebuilding everything.

Whether you're organizing a control station, managing access points, or just want a proper home for your buttons and lights—this mod brings structure, clarity, and flexibility to your logic layouts.

Perfect for players who love clean builds, immersive stations, or just pressing buttons.

I was just realizing there were two authors. Sorry Tom! Thanks to both of you!

We have to thank Tom for making this possible. Thanks Tom :Khappy:
He developed the all the grid snapping and network connection code.
Noted for the next polishing pass :mern:

These are absolutely amazing WIKUS, thanks! It's not often I wish a mod were part of vanilla, but these fall into that category for me.

If I had one teeny, tiny wish list, it would be that the needles on the dials were more visible, maybe white or maybe they're illuminated with the selected color.

Fixed what? The mod works fine.

fixed?

Ah, figured it out - Need tier 2 printer, not tier 1.

SLP is installed correctly, I do get the notification bar. What's the kit called?
WIKUS  [author] 24 Oct @ 6:00am
That would be the electronics printer.
If it still won't show you wanna confirm that SLP is installed correctly.
You should have that black info/config box at the bottom of your loading screen if it is installed.

I can't seem to find these ingame - Which printer do they come out of?

This has been the reason we did not include IC and logic components into this mod really.
Breadboards have been on many wishlists for a quite some time... ours included.

Tom's LibConstruct kinda came to be for that kind of mod. However we ended up joining forces for these consoles instead.

Good news is, the RW devs stated on Reddit that breadboards have been discussed a lot within the Team... I think there is a great chance that this will be a thing in the future one way or another.
