Adds the campaign to multiplayer

Warning: As with multiplayer in general for this game, the latency is rough and your experience playing it might not be great as the client

When you progress in the campaign, the host has to finish loading the next level before the client can start loading the level, I do not know why this is.

I'm aware of 2 bugs,
1) The client can move during dialogue
2) When the client hits a kill barrier (in parkour sections) it kills the host but not the client
