So there is a slight issue! I noticed that with the patch, only half the content is added from Lost Hills expanded. Here is zero content for the expeditions, there is no content for the other council groups. It's just plain vanilla

AFAIK there shouldn't be *any* compatibility issues between this mod and FOD, as this mod solely changes the _BOS_decisions.txt file, which Fountain of Dreams doesn't touch, so I'm unsure how this even CAN break anything

And, to clarify, I ran it without the compatch and patched mods fine, so LHE does work with FoD on its own.

Yup. I have the following load order:
OWB, OWB expansions, LHE, UTCM suggested load order
It works with every expansion but FoD. Even together

@Argus von Stein Do you have Lost Hills Expanded loaded after Fountain of Dreams, and this mod loaded after both?

New problem: it seems incompatible with Fountain of Dreams. LHE had this problem early on due to some overwrites that FoD does, but they've managed to solve it.

Could you please look into this?
