Fixes:

Mitzruti's Perk Pack
- ArcJoltAwake: Now removes stun, as described in the ability
- ArcStabilize: Now properly removes bleedout and leave the soldier unconcious, instead of the solder being able to act while on the floor after being stabilized

Not sure if the Paramedic perk also has this annoying bug, if I confirm it I will fix it as well.

sorry, I made this mod mostly to fix a bug that was annoying me in my playthrough with my modjam, so I will not investigate further bugs not related to the modjam itself

would you be able to fix the stabilize from the Pharmacist's class? It has the same bug as the arc stabilize

The entire AML O+E team invidually owes you a beer each for managing to patch this one out before we did. Heroic work.
