Obvious mod conflict is obvious.
Shotguns are still good, they are now more realistic - no 45-degree spread (which is impossible in real life, even if you completely cut off the barrel. Just look at this: https://youtu.be/r8NzKXiDcqg?si=ZSOBTepI8t4L_wD3&t=630) .
For them to work, you need a really dense crowd and a good distance to your targets. Then you can achieve an average ratio of 1 shotgun shell to 2 zombies, which is not bad overall. Sometimes you'll hit 3, sometimes 1.
And they don't need high character skills to actually hit, although panic has a very strong effect.
I think it would be worth adding something like ‘can use drum magazines’ to the tooltip text for weapons that can use them.
