this is kind of a boring addon tbh, mytton's hecu style conscripts have more abilities/cool stuff

FEATURES

Randomized bodygroups and faces to add variety.
Heavy Conscript has more health and armor that less of a chance to be penetrated.
Custom weapons: AKM and OICW(from Raising the Bar: Redux)

Just Conscripts. If you want an APC, I think you could use one of Limakenori's RTBR packs and just set the APC that comes with it to the Conscript faction.
