Just Conscripts. If you want an APC, I think you could use one of Limakenori's RTBR packs and just set the APC that comes with it to the Conscript faction.

I wonder if you could have the NPC weapons give the player version of the weapon in the base RTBR packs when they walk over it rather than giving AR2 ammo and they have the RTBR guns?

So, I'm not sure if it's just my PC just freaking out or if it's just a normal thing, but the FPS seems to drop a little with these spawned in a huge amount, again it could just be a normal source thing.
