FYI If you want to be 100% sure while adding more mods in the future you can always open mods you use and see what data they change, if no files overlap across all mods: your good. Core2 are vanilla files so those ones you dont need to check. Most mod files are JSON format so it should be easy even if you dont know anything about coding. Hope that helps!
I am assuming that this mod is basically at the top of the list bellow the core one's the game has as standard. And all the submod's and any other mod's go bellow it. I am just saying this for the sake of added clarity for anyone who might have some difficulty properly reading the load order image is all.
TLDR: This mod just modifies that file by adding 2 extra groups, and it will only malfunction if Artur adds more building groups there. In that case, I’ll need to update it — but for now, no worries.
