Beskrivelse
I wrote a poem about the Skaven and their super annoying constant warp lightning spam.

"I hate you, I hate you, I hate you"

All this does is reduce the cooldown from 30 seconds to 60 seconds. It has really low priority, so any other mod will override it.

This is for SFO, vanilla version here.
