Description
Adding more colonial cultures to spawn in colonial nations, similar to American or Brazilian, for example, in vanilla EU4. All vanilla colonial cultures remain as before.

- South African (Southern Africa)
- West Indian (Caribbean and Guyana)
- Y Wladfa (Welsh South America)
- Borealian (British Greenland)

DUTCH/FLEMISH/FRISIAN
- Afrikaaner (in Southern Africa)
- Amerikaaner (North America)
- New Hollander (Oceania)
- New Flemish (South America, I am open to name requests that are more historical than this)

EAST SLAVIC
- Alyaskan (North America)

FRENCH
- Antillean (Caribbean)

GERMAN
- Neudeutscher (German North America)

IBERIAN (NOT PORTUGUESE)
- Caribeno (Caribbean)

@Democratic leader321, don't worry I will keep on development! I would personally not talk to people like that myself, but each to their own I guess. I am personally against using ChatGPT for stuff like this, I use it occasionally for finding typos that stop code running but that's it.

With regard to Alyaska, I don't understand how that is "cringe" when it was the name used by Russia for its colony in Alaska lol.

@daundre, they sound like good suggestions. Just wondering, what cultural group would Cajun go in? To the best of my knowledge it is essentially French Louisianan, which is already covered, right?

@Arthurtye Sadly I don't speak Portuguese, if anyone feels like translating things I am more than happy to send them the texts and add them in (should be simple enough).

@TurtleShroom This mod overwrites a few things. One is the random events file, which I removed the vanilla event from to allow me to have an easier time editing. Secondly is on_action to actually have it work (hopefully!). Finally, yes, I have edited the culture files, but if it is possible to do it as you suggested that would be cool, I'll have a go at reworking it to not overwrite any other culture file (and thus have a lot more compatability).

Hello all! There was a pretty glaring error which stopped the events firing. Sorry for the long wait, my final exams came up and they took up a lot of time. Anyway, that should be fixed now. I will look through other comments tomorrow!

Does this Mod overwrite anything, or does it use Events? If you add cultures in a separate file, you can actually use existing Culture Groups without overwriting that group.
