Lamia Overhaul Attempt

A few of the things this mod does:

- Resprites lamias, now they've got mobile ears that display emotions.
- Adds custom status effect for species that changes how they are played.
- Modifies and adds crewmember capability to already present lamia tenants.
- Adds some new cosmetic armors, removed the less finished ones from character creation and NPCs
- Replaces ship with a variant of S.T. Stumpy because I didn't like the default one.
- Added dialog and some NPC varieties, including tenants.
- Added lamia encounter dungeons.
- Added lamia lair dungeon (automatially MPI compatible)
- Lamia protectorate uniform sleeve now spawns in the locker.
- Some clothing resprites and new clothing items entirely.
- Other stuff not worth mentioning too.

Note: The new body sprite is a modified combination of two other lamia body sprite mods:
- Lamia: Naga Larger Tail
- Make the Lamia into cute Tatzelwurm
