The planet has no collisions but once you reach the surface (if you do) you can build them using big flat props.
I could not manage to have collisions on a 12756km/7926mile diameter sphere in Source Engine.

Because it's 1:1 Scale, you can't move faster than this: "sv_noclipspeed 80000" (80000 in/sec = 7315,2kmh /4545,455mph) and "host_timescale 1000" (or higher) in console to speed the game up and noclip speed to move around, and explore with patience. Be careful as using host_timescale 1000 for an extended amount of time can timeout the game and send you back to the menu with a "timed out" message. So switch to host_timescale 1 eventually. A red message on the top right of the screen will show warning you of this.
