Heat accumulates to over 5 digits, or Psyfocus can no longer be accumulated, but the common problem is that the effect does not activate.

While the current version of this mod is active, it seems that two of the debug features, "Do Incident (Map)..." and "Do Incident (Map) x10...", become unavailable.
